Good Monday Morning!
Fall is here and sadly winter is just around the corner. As the cold weather creeps up on us we just want to let you know of some items that need to be addressed to keep your house nice and problem free. As the leaves fall please remember to clean out the gutters and downspout and that when it rains/snows make sure all the water is being directed away from the foundation of the house. For our tenants please keep the leaves/sticks raked and that they are disposed of correctly, don’t leave them piled somewhere in the yard; mulching is always a good alternative. Before using the furnace please change the filter and before it gets too chilly make sure you start your heating system for a few hours and make sure its operational; call immediately if any problems occur. Close off all foundation vents and last but not least disconnect all garden hoses from outside spigots. We appreciate all your help to keep your house problem free!
We do have some office updates to make you aware of. Ashley Brown, our office assistant, has been with us for almost a year and has been helping us make a few changes around the office. She is now answering all phone calls and is here to help with all calls including maintenance and rent issues. If she is unable to answer the phone please leave a detailed message about the issue, this way we can serve you more quickly. Speaking of rent, we would like to remind you that we offer direct withdraw (no fee) and we accept credit card payment (3.5% fee) as forms of rent payments.
Lastly, Phil and Shana are both licensed agents and are able to help you find that perfect home! As property managers their experience offers the knowledge of the ins and outs of a house and also how well certain houses will sell in the future. As tenants this is also a great opportunity for you to work with your property managers. They will be able to work with your lease obligation which other agent will not.
